Looking for a WP Developer to join my Startup

Hello there!

I am Jay, a video game artist and graphic designer with a few years of industry experience working on games such as Forza Horizon 2 and Alien: Isolation. I am booting up and online service for professional gamers and teams with a few successful clients already.

We are a team of two and are looking for a WP Developer to round off the core team of the business.

Any ideas where I can find good, potential developers to join our startup?

The thing is, I'd rather not use public job boards because most of them are very diluted and mostly it's not WYSIWYG. Which is why I prefer forums such as this, because this is where the real gems lie hidden.
