Looking for experienced web developer consultant

I'm an architect looking for an experienced consultant to help me finish a simple webpage based on the How To Make A Website video tutorial. I have 6 or 7 things I would like to modify to have it look and function the way that I would like. I have a 3x3 seamless image portfolio home page that spans 100% wide. This is completed. 1- The images are seamless side to side but there are very small horizontal spaces between the upper and lower images. Delete the horizontal spaces. 2-Get this portfolio to be responsive and change to 2 images wide below 480px, as shown on the video. I cant get a 100% wide seamless portfolio to do this. 3-Add my company logo to the left of the H1 4-Place the navs Portfolio, Contact and About in line (on the same line) with the logo and H1. Add one other nav 5-Make items 3 and 4 above fit in multiple rows at top of 480 px phone screen. 6-Make each of the 9 images href to 9 Project pages 7-Help me format a typical project page template with several images and paragrpahs per page.

If you are highly experienced and would like to discuss giving me a hand please contact:
