Loops for java

Why doesn't treehouse teach about loops ( for, while, do while ) in java?

They do, in the basics course "do while" loops are covered in the "Censoring Words - Looping Until the Value Passes" lecture. And as the teacher's notes on that video points out, they also have a workshop that is entirely dedicated to loops. Which cover all the loop types you mention.
