Lost ability for Push

While using the emulator, some users could push and others could not. I then loaded Ribbit on two phones and the same thing happened. I presumed that the one account was corrupt, so I deleted it. Created a new account and still no push notifications. So I deleted the Installation records so new ones would be created, none were. Then I deleted the Installations table hoping a new one would get created. [I know I am out of control].

No new Installation tables are created and when I run the Test from the Quickstart, It says:

Can't find any registered devices yet...

BTW I also deleted the users and messages because I wanted to start new with real devices.

Help!
