Make an APP compatible with iPhone & iPad

Hi, I don't know how to do an APP for iPhone & iPad at the same time... Xcode creates for my an Main_iPhone.storyboar and a Main_iPad.storyboar... What it does mean? It mean that I have to create the content twice? If I add an imageView in iPhone.storyboar, do I have to add it manually in iPad.storyboard and so on?

I want to know if TreeHouse's teacher will teach us how to do that.

Cheers

Hi, tofful:

When it comes to making an app for both iPhone and iPad, you can do it programmatically or through Storyboard.

Because the way Storyboard works, you often have to create two Storyboards to accommodate both, unless you programmatically code you app without Storyboard or cleverly use 1 storyboard using Autolayout with tweaking that may involve tweaking configuration files involving your app and programmatically preparing for such an scenario.
