Make an interactive website for old version browser

Hello I have a question but not about this video.

Can we make an interactive website and do animation and work well for old version browser.

I don't think thats possible. The developers of browsers and languages intentionally phase out older versions so that we can keep propelling ourselves forward. If anything worked on any browser version, there would be no need for innovation.

I think its hard to answer your question, because it depends on a lot of factors, but It you know what things you will be using you can check out this site called can i use. This site will let you know of any and all browser support.

Hi Jacob. Thank you for answer. I know that tool to check all browser support. Now all modern CSS property are supported by modern browser only.

Can we use other language like JavaScript to make it. I think we can't
