Make sure struct Person conforms to the UserType protocol. Swift 2.0 Protocols.

From what I understand of protocols thus far is that they need to contain the same variable names and hold the same type. So basically protocols are guidelines for the struct/class/enum that it is linked to. Why would this not be working?

  var name: String { get }
  var age: Int { get set }
}

struct Person {
    var name: String
    var age: Int
}
