HTML Build an Interactive Website Introduction to jQuery Including jQuery in our Project

Makes me want to cancel

This project is absolute bullshit.. Just breezing through everything with no explanation or time to complete the code. Very frustrating!

Every Treehouse project is like this, except there is very thorough explanation in the videos. I don't see what you mean in that regard. They do not give you time to complete the code, but that is okay because you can just pause the video and write what they've done.

My apologies for posting this here. Should have contacted support... Frustration got the best of me I guess.

I always open the project files and follow along by doing what they do. Sometimes testing my own ideas as well. If it gets frustrating I promise that once you have a system to follow along down you will feel loads better about it.

What imho treehouse best provides is a constant look at what doing should look like. With that you do not have to actually remember everything you see in the videos, just the concept of knowing syntax and best practice are your friend. You can then use a cheat sheet or any other documentation that occurs to you to remind you of the content.

Hey Cameron White,

Sorry you got frustrated with this course. Have you tried the newer jQuery Basics?

Let me know how that feels in comparison.

Regards
Andrew
