Making a App To Count Votes...

I am new to coding, I was wondering if anyone new how to write code that counts "votes."

What do you mean ? What votes are we talking about ? and where would those votes come from ?

Creating an application that does some sort of counts is possible.. but maybe if you elaborate a bit more about these app, then maybe we an answer your question more accurate.
