I'm SO frustrated. This is the first time i have worked with someone else's design. It's a trip. Like most designers, when i do both art and front end code I do what I can do and I create designs i know i can code. You know the old saw 'if all you know is squares, don't make a page with circles.'
Anyway - I CANNOT figure out why this is so hard - floats flying away, my font sizes are bizarre (I set a 400 weight questral to SIX EMs (yes, 6) and on some browsers it looks too small) - and NOTHING i tried for floats, including the br clear both hack, would make the two buttons on the lower left align side by side - Luckily right now those buttons are dummies so I just put them both in as one image so i could go get some sleep.
If you have some time, please take a look at http://emendationslist.com/rslai2/admin.html and loan me a clue. i'm feeling dumber by the day!

39,199 PointsIt looks pretty good, except for being kinda image-happy, which doesn't work great for responsive design.
I'm guessing you are having trouble with the buttons, when I have issues like this I like to make a reduced test case using codepen so we can see what you've got so far on the buttons.
