Margin and without Margin for #logo?

I want to know why that we should set the margin of the link to be 0, when we do not set the margin, it's already set to 0 when I inspect it in the the browser developer tool

It's just in case the browser applies some other value other than 0.

Hempt. thanks for your answer, so i got the point that it just make sure that it must 0 when the case the value isn't 0
