MASH is not generating answers.

From the beginning, when I populate the boxes with words and then hit the "Tell my fortune" button, nothing is generated. The page just reloads as it was. What am I missing? It has to be something simple but I've been stuck on this for a few days and can't move on until I know why I can't get to make the fortune statement.

Make sure to add script.js location in your script tag on the bottom of the page.
