4,744 PointsMaster/Detail or another template?
I'm looking to build a mortgage calculator app for my company which would have a main page that has input fields and a calculate button which would calculate and show a payment, clicking on the payment would bring up a detail page which breaks down payment, taxes, insurance, etc.
This is sort of like a master/detail relationship but without the table view. Any thoughts on how I could accomplish this? Any resources would be great. Thanks!

42,016 Pointsi would just start with a blank project. Make your storyboard with the main viewController with the input fields etc and add another View controller for the payment breakdown view . Then make the payment a button that has a segue to the payment breakdown. Seems pretty simple and doesnt need to be complicated with all the code that comes with the master detail template project.

4,744 PointsThanks stone, that makes sense! I'm still getting through the 3rd iOS tutorial, hopefully some of that is applied there.
Sometimes leaning on the templates can be more confusing that just starting off from scratch!
