May anyone please provide an example of a questionnaire that focus on Mobile Apps rather than Web ones?

The example questionnaire for this stage collects information about a Web App to be developed. Although it is a good template example and some questions could be applied to other kinds of applications, May anyone please provide a template which is more specific for Mobile Apps? Thanks.

I don't think there is much of a difference with the questionnaire. List down the features you can provide your client (according to your skill-set) and frame the questions accordingly.

I was looking for same answers. Heres best of what I found on the web:

And I think the best way to get the answers is to forge a form with Google Forms, and putting only questions that are suitable in the case.

If anyone has more example, please share them too.
