I'm asking because I'm seeing this a lot lately and want to know if it's a bug or it's how the new video player works.

11,940 PointsMight have better luck asking Treehouse support. Not sure if it's a mistake, or that there is simply no transcript to put up.
Maybe Zac Gordon will stop by and know the answer.
As for your fullscreen mode not working, I'm not sure. That too may be a thing for Support, though you could try resetting your browser and clearing it's cache.
