Meaning of "While True:"

I didn't quite understand the meaning of "while True:"?

This is just a shorthand for creating a loop that has no exit condition, since "True" is replacing what would normally be a test expression. So it essentially means "Loop Forever".

Such a loop must have an explicit exit using a "break" statement, or if it is inside a function a "return" would also work.
