Media Element JS Styling & Tweaks

Hello everyone,

I need to change styling of John Dyer's Media Element JS (I love how treehouse did it btw! :)

There's just something that I've been looking for the answer but can't really find it on mejs docs or anywhere.

The poster image - is it something that can be automatically generated. The idea is to have a video posts, which is manually uploaded, to have thumbnail the way we could get video thumbnails from youtube or vimeo?
