I do not quite understand this line of code: <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, minimum-scale=0.5, maximum-scale=0.5, minimal-ui">

The Viewport Meta tag gives instructions to browsers, primarily on mobile devices, to establish some initial display parameters.

There's a brief overview of its function on this w3schools.com page, and a some good information on using it on this MDN page.
