What is the problem here? please. Also how do i know where to look for the issue if error message is just Bummer...?

    open = 9
    close = 12

    def hours(self):
        return "We're open from {} to {}.".format(open, close)

You're missing self in your hours function. Change format(open, close) to format(self.open, self.close).
