Methods and Constants

Is there another site or a specific Youtube video that is really good at explaining methods and constants? I´m too numbskull to understand the video and in the challenge I felt completely and utterly lost.

Ahh, you're not too numbskull, it will sink in. As I said, I packed a lot of information in that video.

Here is the doc on methods from the Java SE tutorial and if you search for constants in this doc it might also help.

Try this. Do 20 jumping jacks to get your blood pumping (I know that sounds weird) and re-watch the video one more time.
