Microsoft Server Setup

Are there any courses about how to setup a Microsoft Server? I am trying to transfer a website to a Microsoft Server that needs to have IIS, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 and ASP.NET installed. I swear I have done everything but I keep getting error messages when transferring the site over saying that an object isn't found. Any thoughts or guides of where to go to learn more about this?
