217 PointsMisalignment
So I am working through adding grid file to the website.. I did it but everything under "Cupcake of the Week" is right-oriented and stacked on one another. I've been trying to go back through the coding but can't figure out where I went wrong. Help!

217 PointsSomeone please help! I've been stuck for 3 days now and haven't moved forward because of it

7,424 PointsDon't worry! We'll figure this out...or we'll find someone who will be able to :P I think it's possible to tag an instructor in your question...that might be a good idea!
So, alignment is a CSS issue. In fact, I would categorize your question in the forum as CSS to draw in the right expertise. It could have to do with your display, your floats, your clears, your z index, your margins, your padding, etc.. I'm assuming that you properly linked to the grid style sheet (it wasn't in the html you shared), and that most of your work is coming from the project files. If this is the case, the issue probably isn't with the grids, margins, or padding. Can you display your CSS on here?
I glanced through your html and noticed a couple things. I'm a little bit confused by the beginning of what you pasted into your response. It begins with <!DOCTYPE HTML> and is followed by text. Your DOCTYPE delaration should be the opening of your html mark up. "html" should appear in lower case letters. This declaration of DOCTYPE should be followed by your opening <html>, <head>, <title>, and <body> tags. Are these included in your file?
On line 3 of your code, you have an <a> tag with an href defined as "a". Why is this? I noticed it again in your div with and ID of "contact". There is also a question mark in that opening <a> tag that looks to be a typo.
I'm also stuck on a lesson. I know the feeling!
