Missing files in "bin\Debug"

After I've built the solution, I can only find four files in the folder bin\Debug, which are: data.txt, SoccerStats.exe, SoccerStats.exe.config and SoccerStats.pdb. How can I get SoccerStats.vshost.exe, SoccerStats.vshost.exe.config and SoccerStats.vshost.manifest as well? Are they necessary?

Those files are only created by debug builds where the VS hosting process is enabled. They aren't essential and would never be distributed.

For more information see this MSDN page on Debugging and the Hosting Process.
