Mobile App

I want to build a mobile/web app for educators. The goal is to help teachers in the area of professional development and re-invest resources to provide microgrants. The end product will be a mesh of creativemornings.com and sevenly.com. My challenge...I do not have a technical background. Does anyone have recommendations for iOS and web design teams?

There are some, i recommend you use Treehouse to get you started on getting to know how to build them so you can build it yourself for cheaper but here you go, This should help; a list of iOS developers: http://www.toptal.com/ios
