Model Referencing from other Models

In Django, I have my two Models here: The default User model, and my Tag model. From my User model how can I reference "tags" that a User owns (e.g The vice versa of someTagName.owner) Is their something like: someUser.tags that I can do?

from django.db import models
from django.contrib.auth.models import User

class Tag(models.Model):
    streak = models.BigIntegerField(default = 0)
    name = models.CharField(max_length = 25, unique = True)
    owner = models.ForeignKey(User, on_delete = models.CASCADE)
    def __str__(self):
        Return self.name
