Module completed, but no badge!

I've just finished the Forms module in the HTML course. It offers me the option to re-take the quiz and challenge, so it's obviously registered that I've taken then, but the module isn't ticked off, nor have I earned the badge for it.

When I completed the Forms module, it looked like I'd been logged out (seeing a 'Log In' option at the top of the CSS Fundamentals page I'd landed on) and then experienced more of the Error 503 messages I've been seeing over the past 24 hours. Could it be something to do with that?
