Monetary reward - Personal website review + design

Merry Christmas ladies and gents of Treehouse!

I have mostly finished the base version of my personal website and I need some feedback! In particular I am looking for feedback with the structure, layout and colour scheme.

The website has been designed and tested on Firefox and Chrome on Windows 7.

To those designers out there. I am also prepared to offer a monetary or equivalent reward if you can drastically improve the colour scheme and sizing of elements on the website. (If I use your design)

If you wish to enter the above please send across your design ideas via screenshots.

Other colour scheme: http://hausds.com.au/v14/index2.html

Please note: I haven't optimised the site nor designed it for mobile yet.

Seasons Greetings!

I think you have done a nice job on this, I like version 1 colour scheme the more. You could always take a look at some kuler colour schemes for inspiration for the future https://color.adobe.com/

One thing that isn't working is your anchor tags from the nav bar, add some nice page scrolling too perhaps with this? Also have you considered having it revel when a user scrolls up? Example: http://www.teehanlax.com/story/medium/

I'm assuming the 'Timeline' section is your experience history, perhaps you could and a sentence to explain this section better or make the title stand out more, as the font style & size is the same as the 'about' text above.

Hope that helps, nice job overall :)
