Awesome! Thanks for following up. We typically respond to Support tickets within a day, the fastest response times being during our normal hours of operation: 9am-6pm EST. Our Support team does work on the weekends to try and make sure we can serve you outside of our normal working hours, but sometimes there is a bit of delay. :) We'll contact you soon!
