More SEO tools that balance competitiveness and search to give best keywords?

I know there are tools out there that analyze keywords based on search volume and competitiveness. I'm familiar w/ HubSpot and Google's Keyword tool, but is there anything SEO experts prefer over those??

I used to use SEM Rush, but i switched to Ahrefs. They do a good job of finding active external/internal links, organic keywords, competitor research, and more.
