Move website to new host including email services

I need to move an existing homepage to a new host. The old hosting company provided an email service, which is necessary on the new page as well.

Can anyone tell me, how to do that and maybe recommend a good hosting company as well?

I haven't done much comparative shopping for hosting, nor do I currently use any personally; but I do know several people who use GoDaddy. It has an easy-to-use dashboard, live customer support (if you need it), and the standard package is reasonably priced and includes the most popular features including email.
