Multidimensional arrays in swift

Can someone direct me on how to loop a multidimensional array in swift. I was able to create a multidimensional array but when i use the code it does not print the info.

for arrayStr in arrayCollection

I think you must create a loop for this to work. Something like this.

 var NumColumns = 27
var NumRows = 52
var array = Array<Array<Double>>()
for column in 0..NumColumns {
    array.append(Array(count:NumRows, repeatedValue:Double()))
}
