I have a detail view for a blog reader app, and I wanted to have a web view at the bottom and then a bar at the top with information about authors name and the date. But I need it to be able to scroll so when you swipe down that not just the webView scrolls but that the bar with the information goes down or up with the web view. So that it is like you are scrolling a normal page(everything connect), I have tried so many things, that have all failed, so please be very precise.
