My app keeps saying "Crystal Ball has stopped working". Why is this so? After this stage only.

Plus, is it me, or does any else's app work very slowly?

I also started getting that problem during the Pretty Little Things phase. It hasn't resolved, and no Tree House staff nor site members have answered the question I posted about it two days ago.
