CSS

My background is always grey, considering that I have no grey color in the code! Maybe bag in workspaces.

In the part of changing colors of the body elements, it changed the background color to grey, even when I changed it to white it remains grey!

If you can post your code that'll be helpful.

I suppose that all of your elements are wrapped in <div id="wrapper"> Now, as you can see, you have set,

#wrapper{
  background: #888;
}

body{
  background-color: #fff;
}

Now what you have to do is just set the background color of wrapper to #fff

#wrapper{
  background: #fff;
}

body{
  background-color: #fff;
}

That's it! :)
