My code doesn't get accepted even though it does what it should do in workspaces

I don't see what I'm doing wrong. Did I miss understand the task?

def to_timezone(timezone):
    starter = pytz.utc.localize(datetime.datetime(2015, 10, 21, 23, 29))
    local_time = starter.astimezone(pytz.timezone(timezone))
    return(local_time)

to_timezone('Asia/Calcutta')

Is this what you meant to do?

starter = pytz.utc.localize(datetime.datetime(2015, 10, 21, 23, 29))


def to_timezone(timezone):
    local_time = starter.astimezone(pytz.timezone(timezone))
    return(local_time)
