My code for the story maker with prompt counter not working!

i have pasted the code above. using chrome. even the template , before i started building on, does not run the prompt pop up. don't see any mistake in my code as of now. pls. help.

I just looked at your code and tried it myself. It works fine. The counter counts down and has the correct info in the alert window.

That is really bizarre. I am using Chrome as well and forked your workspace. It had no issues and, I read thru your code as well and, I didn't see anything wrong within it either.

You could add a space in between the end of the sentence and the [questions left] bracket as they are on top of each other but otherwise yeah, I just tried again and it's fine.
