My code not working.

Here it is:

<?php $clean_search = strip_tags(filter_var($search_term, FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING));

$clean_search = preg_replace('/[\W]/', '', $clean_search);
?>

        <form method="get" action="./">
            <input type="text" name="s"
            value="<?php echo $clean_search;  ?>">

What do you want it to do?

It's for the "Escaping Output" section in the PHP course. The code that I posted is more robust than the solution the exercise is looking for.

It just wants the htmlspecialchars($search_term);
