My credit card information isn't being updated

My credit card information isn't being reprocessed after my initial authorization requests required verification from my bank. Since authorizing the charges, I've still be unable to process my card info and the bank said that they have not received any new requests for authorization since the initial ones that they had to verify. Is there a way someone at treehouse can resend my authorizations?

Yeah I sent an email there, but they mentioned the forums might get a quicker reply, so I put it here too. I was just home from work and wanted to work on a class tonight, but might just have to do it tomorrow, as I think support is gone for the day. Figured they could just delete this thread once it's resolved.
