My CSS wont Link To my HTML

i cant get my css to link to my html and i am using href and i have the correct file name can someone help me

Can you paste in the code you are using? Sometimes it helps to open the .css file in the browser (with file > open file) and just copy the end of the path ../css/styles.css and paste that in the html to be sure.

Sounds like you've got a file path issue:

The way it works is that you have to put your images in the correct folder relative, to your HTML file.
