I've checked all my drivers and set my usb debugging on but still my eclipse won't detect my phone

1,771 PointsI fixed it about 5 minutes after I posted I installed the google USB driver from the SDK manager and everything worked.

5,542 PointsHey Jordan, Often it has to do with your device and not Eclipse. First, I'd open up Eclipse and click the down arrow beside the big green play button in the top menu. Select your project. Is your device listed there? If so, you're good to go. If not, it gets tricky. If it doesn't, if you get an error or stuck along the way, doing some searching on stack overflow or the Android developer portal may help resolve the problem.
