my emulator device cannot work properly

if i run my code, i get an empty black screen emulator with nothing written on it

I agree with James - we'd need to see your code on this. If them emulator is showing up and displaying a blank screen, then it is probably working. It is more likely that your code asks for it to show a blank screen.
