My First Test is Failing; Problem With Gemfile

My first test is failing. I tried commenting out :

gem 'web-console', '~> 2.0'

in the

group :development, :test do

but that didn't help, I got a different error, so I put it back. Below is the original. I also got a error Web Console error when I ran:

bin/rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=test

To ensure it's only activated in development mode, move it to the development group of your Gemfile:

If you still want to run it the test environment (and know what you are doing), put this in your Rails application configuration:

config.web_console.development_only = false
