My H1 element won't turn blue in font. I am copying Treasure exactly and refreshing regularly. What do I do?

This is what my resume.css file page looks like:

h1 { color: blue; }

The code is ok , did you remember to save before refreshing ? Or maybe give us a copy of all your code by sharing your workspace ... ( use the symbol snapshot workspace in the upper right corner :-) )
