My H1 Padding stays blue and doesn't reflect ?

inside the H1 css stylesheet my padding stays blue after Background color works.

If you haven't seen the h1 change back to black after briefly adding the code and removing it, first make sure the file has been correctly changed. That change should then be "reflected" in the browser preview. (This is I think what you mean by reflected in this instance)
