my HTML + CSS files don't seem to be updating when I preview my work

At first I thought it was my code, but i've since changed and saved all my html text ect and it's still displaying the old text when I preview. I've saved multiple times over the last few hours but cannot get it to update.

So you are saving your code files, and are you then clicking refresh on the webpage preview? If so and it's still not changing then maybe there is issue with your code, or maybe just your browser. If clicking refresh wasn't the problem could you include your code so I can see where any issues might be? There is a Markdown Cheatsheet that should explain how to include your code in a post.

seems it was the workspace, I started a new template of a workspace and copied my files over and it's now working fine. I could literally delete the entire content of my html + css and everything in my folders and it would still display the old content after saving all.
