My icon background is showing up white, not transparent...

I followed the steps in the video, and saved all the new FunFactIcons to replace all the old icons (which were using the default Android logo). Now that I hit run on my virtual android phone, it shows the new app icon, but it has a circular white background. It is not transparent, unlike yours.

Do i need to do something else to make it have a transparent background?

Mine continues to show the old icon, even though I followed all the steps
