You may eaither have old pc and you cant do much . Like i do , i do have windows but if i want to develop in sublime, its just slow as a baby walking on 4 legs .

2,795 PointsI have Asus intel i5 2.27 GHz intel core inside with 1 GB ATI Graphics. 4 GB RAM. 500 GB Hard Disk. I feel its enough specification to run any programme smoothly but this Android IDE make it so slow not allow me to work smoothly on it. Even it takes long way to open. In such environment how to learn faster.

2,435 PointsIm not sure but 2.27 GHz ? thats pretty low in 2015 as long as i know, maybe, but maybe it might be this. I cant be 100% , i did study a about this but not sure if it could be actualy GHz. As your other spec are good .
Try maybe searching about GHz with a lot of different questions for google. You might get a idea maybe of something. I hope this help, if not , well, then i don't know .
Happy Coding! :)
