My links styled using pseudo and my form arent working?

Hi i am very puzzled, i have styled some of the links on my website using pseudo, such as my header, links in my footer buttons on my site, but for some reason they seem to pick and choose when they work randomly. sometimes when i change the browser window size they suddenly start working but other time no mater what i do, refresh resize the browser they just don't work at all. Also my form had completely stopped working, and by this i mean i cant click on the input text boxs properly to be able to write any input in them, when i click nothing happened at all.

if anyone has any idea why this is happened i would really appreciate some thoughts and ideas. Thanks so much!! :D
