my list won't come up

my ordered list won't come up I checked the console and nothing is there to say I have an error here is my code

I made two changes:

outputDiv.innerHtml = message

should be

outputDiv.innerHTML = message


listHTML +='<li>' + arr[1] + '</li>';

should be

listHTML +='<li>' + arr[i] + '</li>';
