My new workspace pages do not view in my browser when I press the eye button on workspaces

My new workspace pages do not view in my browser when I press the eye button on workspaces. Instead it continually shows the default index page with 'Peg Leg'. I have tried things such as closing the inex.html, etc. Nothing works. Also when I edit Peg Leg none of my changes appear in the browser! Please provide a solution.
